MANAGEMENT AND INSTRUCTION
CCFI is the leading provider of fitness instruction, personal training, exercise classes, and sports specific training services for private and country clubs. For one LOW FLAT MONTHLY FEE, we can manage and supervise your facility, taking the work and worry off your hands. Moreover, our fitness centers consistently operate in the black, adding nothing to your club's operating expenses. We provide all the forms, procedures, and manuals -- as well as fully qualified, certified, insured staff -- to ensure your members' SAFETY and limit your club's LIABILITY.
We assign your club an on-site FITNESS DIRECTOR, with an advanced degree, fitness certifications, and management training.
Our staff are CERTIFIED PROFESSIONALS, with degrees and certifications from the most prestigious institutions in the U.S., including the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning Ass'n, and the Senior Fitness Association.
Our FITNESS EVALUATIONS are free to every club member, and include the POLAR BODY AGE ASSESSMENT.
Our PERSONAL TRAINING programs are simply the best. All clients are thoroughly screened and evaluated; high risk clients must have a doctor's clearance. Each client is given a highly personalized program, and is monitored and motivated by the trainer. Workouts are safe and effective, with progress measured and ensured by periodic re-evaluations.
EXERCISE CLASSES are offered whenever space is available. Aerobics, Yoga, and Pilates are among the classes we offer, with only the most qualified instructors leading, teaching, and inspiring participants.
GOLF, TENNIS, and SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING programs are based on the latest research. Our GOLF TRAINING PROGRAM has been developed in partnership with Titleist Performance Institute, a leading national provider of analysis and training for elite golfers. This is the most sophisticated golf fitness program available, and has been endorsed by numerous PGA pros. We also use a sophisticated, computerized posture analysis and correction program from BIOTONIX. This program has been utilized by professional athletes to correct postural imbalances and help heal and prevent injuries.
NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE is offered to members with the BODY GEM and BALANCE LOG programs from HealtheTech. BODY GEM is a scientific instrument which accurately measures your metabolic rate. The BALANCE LOG software provides healthy diet programming and monitoring, to help you reach your desired weight and body composition.
TURN-KEY CONSULTING/TRAINING/SUPPORT PROGRAM
With our new Consulting/Training/Support Program, you can take advantage of all our expertise, whcontrolling employment in-house. Country Club Fitness International will assist you in recruiting, screening, and interviewing highly-qualified staff; train your staff to properly manage your facility and program; install manuals, procedures, forms, etc.; support your staff with continuing education, programming ideas, newsletters, etc.; and offer preferred pricing on fitness equipment purchases.
FACILITY MAINTENANCE
We take very seriously our role in protecting your investment in fitness equipment. Our staff clean and disinfect your equipment daily, and lubricate moving parts according to manufacturer recommendations. We can also provide quarterly preventive maintenance, including full diagnostic checks and internal cleaning and lubrication. Finally, we'll immediately remove any malfunctioning units from service -- to protect your members from potential injuries -- and make sure that they're serviced right away.
