Fit + Sleek Prenatal Physique is a fitness video designed to help you to safely exercise throughout your pregnancy. It was created by Leah Sarago, CSCS. The video has been created as a form of comprehensive training program that pregnant women can safely use regardless of whether they are trying to get pregnant, are pregnant in any trimester or have had a baby and are trying to gently recover.
